1. Anbieter und Vertragspartner
Pale Society ist die Geschäftsbezeichnung von Kai Balzer. Vertragspartner für Bestellungen über palesociety.com ist Kai Balzer, Meierei 42, 90547 Stein, Deutschland. Du erreichst uns unter support@palesociety.com.
2. Geltungsbereich
Diese Bedingungen gelten für Bestellungen, die über unseren Onlineshop aufgegeben werden. Zwingende gesetzliche Rechte, insbesondere die Rechte von Verbraucherinnen und Verbrauchern, bleiben unberührt.
3. Bestellung und Vertragsschluss
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Onlineshop ist kein verbindliches Angebot. Mit dem Anklicken der im Checkout eindeutig als zahlungspflichtig gekennzeichneten Bestellschaltfläche gibst du ein verbindliches Angebot zum Kauf der Waren ab.
Wir bestätigen den Eingang deiner Bestellung unverzüglich per E-Mail. Diese automatische Eingangsbestätigung bestätigt nur, dass deine Bestellung bei uns eingegangen ist; sie ist noch keine Annahme deines Angebots.
Wir nehmen dein Angebot erst mit einer gesonderten Versandbestätigung an. Der Vertrag kommt mit Zugang dieser Versandbestätigung zustande. Wenn wir eine Bestellung nicht annehmen können, informieren wir dich. Bereits eingezogene Zahlungen erstatten wir vollständig über die ursprünglich verwendete Zahlungsart.
4. Preise und Zahlung
Es gelten die Preise, die zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung im Onlineshop angezeigt werden. Die für deine Bestellung geltenden Versandkosten sowie im Checkout ausgewiesene Steuern und Abgaben werden vor Abgabe der Bestellung angezeigt. Der im Checkout ausgewiesene Gesamtbetrag ist zu zahlen. Die verfügbaren Zahlungsarten werden im Checkout angezeigt.
Die Zahlung wird über die gewählte Zahlungsart bereits bei Aufgabe der Bestellung eingezogen, auch wenn der Vertrag erst mit der Versandbestätigung zustande kommt. Nehmen wir die Bestellung nicht an, erstatten wir den eingezogenen Betrag vollständig.
5. Herstellung und Lieferung
Viele unserer Textilprodukte werden nach der Bestellung im Print-on-Demand-Verfahren hergestellt. Die Fertigung und Lieferung erfolgen über Printify und den für das jeweilige Produkt ausgewählten Druckdienstleister. Fulfillment-Standort und Versanddienstleister können je nach Produkt, Lieferadresse und Verfügbarkeit variieren. Produkte aus unterschiedlichen Fulfillment-Profilen können in getrennten Sendungen ankommen. Liefergebiete, Versandarten und Versandkosten werden im Checkout angezeigt. 6. Widerruf und Rücksendung
Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher haben das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht. Unsere standardisierten Print-on-Demand-Produkte sind nicht allein deshalb vom Widerruf ausgeschlossen, dass sie erst nach der Bestellung hergestellt werden. 7. Gesetzliche Mängelrechte
Für Mängel der Ware gelten die gesetzlichen Rechte. Diese Bedingungen schränken deine gesetzlichen Verbraucherrechte nicht ein.

1. Seller and contracting party
Pale Society is the business name of Kai Balzer. The contracting party for orders placed through palesociety.com is Kai Balzer, Meierei 42, 90547 Stein, Germany. You can contact us at support@palesociety.com.
2. Scope
These terms apply to orders placed through our online store. Mandatory statutory rights, in particular consumer rights, remain unaffected.
3. Orders and conclusion of contract
Product listings in the online store are not binding offers. By clicking the checkout button clearly indicating that the order is subject to payment, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods.
We will promptly send an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This automated acknowledgement confirms only that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
We accept your offer only by sending a separate dispatch confirmation. The contract is concluded when that dispatch confirmation is received. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you. Any payment already collected will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
4. Prices and payment
The prices displayed in the online store at the time of your order apply. The shipping costs and any taxes or duties shown at checkout will be displayed before you place the order. The total amount shown at checkout is payable. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Payment is collected through the selected payment method when the order is placed, even though the contract is concluded only when the dispatch confirmation is sent. If we do not accept the order, we will refund the amount collected in full.
5. Production and delivery
Many of our textile products are made to order using print-on-demand fulfilment. Production and delivery are handled through Printify and the print provider selected for the relevant product. The fulfilment location and carrier may vary depending on the product, delivery address and availability. Products in different fulfilment profiles may arrive in separate shipments. 6. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract. Our standardised print-on-demand products are not excluded from withdrawal solely because they are made after an order is placed. Full information about the withdrawal period, return costs and the model withdrawal form is available in our Right of Withdrawal.
7. Statutory rights for defective goods
Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods apply. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
